Llanishen Leisure Centre

Exit the M4 at Junction 29 and take the A48(M) towards Cardiff. Watch out for the stationary speed camera a mile or so after the third exit. Ignoring the slip road to the University Hospital of Wales on your right (big daffodil on the building!) take the exit which is sign posted M4 - you will see a flyover in front of you. Take the right hand lane on the slip road and follow the roundabout under the flyover around to the fourth exit. Stay in the right hand lane with the flyover on your right. Follow the road markings for the A469 and Caerphilly (you will need to branch over to the right quite quickly watching out for merging traffic from your right and will have a large Indian/Thai restaurant on your right).

Follow this road through a number of sets of traffic lights until you come to a mini roundabout. Morrisons supermarket will be visible on your right.Turn right at the mini roundabout. Stay on this road through three sets of traffic lights - it will bend around to the right and then the left. The Tax Office will be on your right, and then a Retail Park. Keep going, and Llanishen Sports Centre is on the left.
